What is Ketosis

So what is keto­sis? this is a ques­tion I was ask­ing my self only ten min­utes ago and now im writ­ing an arti­cle about it. Not only is it easy to under­stand what keto­sis is but its that easy you can do the same as me and teach some­one else about it after glanc­ing through this arti­cle.
26447en USI QuestionMark 300x300 What is KetosisBasi­cally, Keto­sis is when you reach a stage com­monly known as keto­ge­n­e­sis which can be achieved when the car­bo­hy­drate level in your body is con­cen­trated. This actu­ally occurs when your body is or  thinks it is fast­ing and as a result it pro­duces ketones whose func­tion is to act as a source of energy for your body dur­ing the time it thinks that it is fast­ing (so ketones do not exist in your body unless you actu­ally reach ketosis).

A key point of ketones is to help increase blood to the brain which may be pre­vented  if they did not kick in. The fact that the fat in your body is being used for your keto­sis or diver­sion of energy means that the fat is actu­ally being used and as  a result decreas­ing the fat in your body.

Another thing to remem­ber about keto­sis is that var­i­ous tests such as tests where you uri­nate (typ­i­cally on a stick) can also let you get the keto­sis byprod­uct that is pro­duced by your body known as acetone.
