Theres a good chance that if you have been hav­ing issues with your weight for a long time or even a short amount of time your prob­a­bly won­der­ing why you just cant seem to get rid of the excess weight. If your not both­ered though and sim­ply want some ways to trim back on your life style to skimp on the extra cou­ple of pounds you might be hid­ing in your belly then also keep read­ing. 1) Lack of sleep

If you have a lack of sleep then theres a good chance your over weight. Although this might sound odd as think­ing about it, it would seem log­i­cal that if your body is stressed from a lack of sleep you would loose weight. This isnt the case though and with a lack of sleep your just not going to have the energy for the extra things you might typ­i­cally do such as exer­cise and those chores you keep mean­ing to do. Ide­ally, you should get between seven and ten hours of sleep each day. It does depend how­ever from per­son to person.

2) Suf­fer­ing from allergies

If this applies to you then you prob­a­bly have an allergy of some kind and as a result take med­ica­tion for it depend­ing on what it is. Some exam­ples are pets such as cats and dogs, but it varies. Did you know though that the med­ica­tion you are given to help with your allergy typ­i­cally con­sists of  the same ingre­di­ents used in med­ica­tion given to those who suf­fer from anorexia? because of this your more then likely going to suf­fer these effects and expe­ri­ence  an increased appetite mak­ing you eat more food and gain more weight.

3) Tv while eating

Ive actu­ally wrote an arti­cle about this sep­a­rately and believe me, theres plenty to write about. Tele­vi­sion is known as it is for being bad for weight loss as its com­monly asso­ci­ated with the oppo­site. Essen­tially if I cut to the point, eat­ing in front of the tv leaves you unaware and as a result you end up eat­ing more then you may of ini­tially intended result­ing in weight gain. You should eat at the din­ner table not only to improve your weight loss endeav­ors but also to help your social skills.

Now that you have these three meth­ods, keep them in mind and employ them to take con­trol of your  weight problem.
