Three things that can actually make you fat
Theres a good chance that if you have been having issues with your weight for a long time or even a short amount of time your probably wondering why you just cant seem to get rid of the excess weight. If your not bothered though and simply want some ways to trim back on your life style to skimp on the extra couple of pounds you might be hiding in your belly then also keep reading. So without further adue heres three things that can actually make you fat. Dont be to surprised
1) Lack of sleep
If you have a lack of sleep then theres a good chance your over weight. Although this might sound odd as thinking about it, it would seem logical that if your body is stressed from a lack of sleep you would loose weight. This isnt the case though and with a lack of sleep your just not going to have the energy for the extra things you might typically do such as exercise and those chores you keep meaning to do. Ideally, you should get between seven and ten hours of sleep each day. It does depend however from person to person.
2) Suffering from allergies
If this applies to you then you probably have an allergy of some kind and as a result take medication for it depending on what it is. Some examples are pets such as cats and dogs, but it varies. Did you know though that the medication you are given to help with your allergy typically consists of the same ingredients used in medication given to those who suffer from anorexia? because of this your more then likely going to suffer these effects and experience an increased appetite making you eat more food and gain more weight.
3) Tv while eating
Ive actually wrote an article about this separately and believe me, theres plenty to write about. Television is known as it is for being bad for weight loss as its commonly associated with the opposite. Essentially if I cut to the point, eating in front of the tv leaves you unaware and as a result you end up eating more then you may of initially intended resulting in weight gain. You should eat at the dinner table not only to improve your weight loss endeavors but also to help your social skills.
Now that you have these three methods, keep them in mind and employ them to take control of your weight problem.
