the benefits of exercising during pregnancy
Exercising is extremely beneficial to your health under normal circumstances but when your pregnant exercise can have lots of other positive benefits and especially in the first few weeks of your pregnancy. Something to keep in mind though is that the exercise you choose to do should be light, especially during the first few weeks as your body adjusts to the changes which can vary in time depending on the person. During my first pregnancy I didnt exercise as I was frightened of hurting the baby but when i got pregnant the second time I consulted the doctor and he gave me pretty much the same advice as this.
