If before and after work isnt an option for you, you could even opt to use some of your lunch time to exer­cise which can also be done eas­ily by walk­ing a bit fur­ther to a shop or just exer­cis­ing in general.As exer­cise actu­ally makes you more pro­duc­tive you will make the time up spent exer­cis­ing in the long run anyway.

One of the best forms of aer­o­bic exer­cise there is, is cel­lu­larise or rebound­ing. If you can get access to a rebounder then you should use it when pos­si­ble. If this is not pos­si­ble then any type of exer­cise you do what­so­ever will ben­e­fit you, your heart, lungs and your over­all life qual­ity. It can also help pre­vent numer­ous dis­eases and illness.

    I already exer­cise prop­erly but this is still use­ful in regards to aerobics.
