Softdrink bloats you
Ill be the first to admit when it comes to this weight loss topic that im personally guilty of not sticking to this golden rule. Can you guess what the rule is? its dont drink softdrink of course. The reason that you shouldnt drink softdrink is actually quite easy to guess because of how you feel when drinking it. Typically if you drink (for the sake of argument lets say coke) coke then chances are you will probably feel bloated after doing so. As a child or if you didnt do it you probably know other children who did/do drink softdrink so they can burp / belch and thats because it builds gass up inside of your stomach and bloats you.
Softdrink is commonly known as being bad in its full suga form such as regular coke, pepsi and lemonade however the diet variants are also just as bad because they still contain the same ammount of fix and still bloat you just the same. Not to mention the diet alternatives contain other ingredients which debatably can cause some serious long term results however this should be saved for another post.
Believe it or not there has actually been reports of people losing weight purely from cutting softdrink out of their diet and if you have any realistic intentions of losing weight and keeping it off you should atleast consider drinking it far less frequently. If softdrink is your main drink of choice e.g. most meals and when your generally thirsty then you should substitute it for water as naturally this is the best alternative. If you cant stop drinking softdrink then you should reduce the quantity or a better alternative if its about the taste is choosing to drink a dialuted drink instead such as an orange dialute which can actually taste just as good.
If you are serious about losing weight then you should definetly stop drinking softdrink.
