Lose stomach fat in a few weeks
Having excessive fat around your stomach area can not only be a personal issue that causes maybe embarrassment or anger but it can also be a hub for diseases and heart problems etc such as cancer, strokes, diabetes and more such as high blood pressure. And as mentioned in regards to embarrassment, it is deemed unatractive by most people.
Naturally its something to be concerned about as that fat on your stomach can be a danger to your health with the above facts mentioned and also by giving you a poor sex performance which for some can be extremely bad. Another common fat form is abdominal fat which is actually classed as being more deadly for a variety of reasons.
If you want to improve on these issues there are a variety of things you can do with the most important being focusing on your meals and what you eat. By focusing on what you are eating it makes you aware of the portion size and when you are actually full rather then being distracted by the television and other third party things such as maybe friends or family.
Another key thing to remember when eating your meal is to eat it slowly as this will give your food time to digest and it will also make it more enjoyable as well as giving you a chance to feel full. Contrary to popular belief you should also avoid drinking water with your meals as it can manipulate you into thinking you are full and then later on when urinated out you may feel hungry again causing you to unnecessarily eat.
If you do want a drink then you should drink your water roughly twenty minutes prior to your meal, as it will have the full effect which I criticized above but it will by the time you eat your meal of worn off and it will decrease the chance of feeling hungry later.Although this is a difficult routine to get used to, once you do you wont go back. The weight will drop off.
Another key tip is to drink water as it is extremely good for your health and your body also needs it to function. Roughly 70% of our body is actually made of water if you didnt know. Drinking water also does a variety of other things such as improving the functionality of your digestive system and flushing waste from the body. Drinking water alone is not enough to lose fat (although it does help a lot and switching from soda to water can actually make you lose weight).
As mentioned above about drinking soda, a similar rule applies to drinking caffeinated substances which is actually nearly everything you will drink. The general rule of thumb is to match it litre for litre with water. Although it is recommended you have eight glasses of water a day, for a lot of people this is next to impossible. If you cant do this then dont worry, simply carry a water bottle with you and drink it when possible.
Now an unsurprising note for this article is probably the most key term you will read in regards to losing weight. Simply avoid junk food. We all know the negative effects of junk food yet we still eat it. Junk food is typically high in calories, carbs, fats and other chemicles such as High Fructose Corn Syrup or HFCS as it is commonly known. Most junk food also contains harmfull chemicals and have been linked to cancer.
If you cut these items out slowly (or fast if you choose) then you will find it hard to stay ‘clean’ eating junk food is commonly linked with similarities of being an alcoholic as lots of people find it hard to kick the habit of their favourite beverage or food.
So if you stick to the content of this article then you should find these easy ways to lose weight fast actually work.

Some great advice that I’ve used previously to help me with my 170lbs weight loss. I’d also like to add a few more tips if I may:
- Avoid sugar and simple carbohydrates where you can. Processed food like these have been shown to be the root cause of obesity and any other related diseases.
- Drink 6–8 glasses of water throughout the day. This keeps your water retention down and will also mean that you look less bloated.
- Sleep a good 8 hours a night especially if you are exercising or dieting to lose weight. Your body needs the rest and you’ll wake up refreshed and ready to face the day more readily.
