Although straying from your weight loss and exercise path will most likely have atleast some negative affects no matter how minor or how serious they may be your going to end up doing so at some point or another. My advice that im going to share is actually embrace this as it can in the long run give you a positive outcome as it will make it possible for you to learn from your mistakes. If you learn from your mistakes then when it comes to the same thing next time you can easily avoid going off the rails and splurging on junk food.
Providing you are still in the mindset of wanting to lose weight then there shouldnt be a problem even if you do have some slip ups along the way. The only thing you need to do to combat falling into a downward spiral is to keep in mind what you have done so far and why you wanted to lose weight in the first place.
