Keep a snack on you
Im taking a wild guess and saying that theres been atleast one time in your entire life that you have been out and about whether it was while out just in general, out at work, out at college or school or even university when you have maybe felt a bit hungry and as a result you have been influenced be it spur of the moment or not to go and buy a snack and most likely the snack would of been something unhealthy like a chocolate bar or a burger or maybe chips. It would of been unhealthy though but if not then I apologize and good on you for having self control over your actions.
I can say the above because not only from my self experience have I done this coming home from work or at college etc but I have noticed 0ther people doing it on pretty much spur of the moment just because theyre hungry. Buying snacks be it spur of the moment or not is not only bad for your health but it can also be an expensive practice.
The idea of having snacks with you that are healthy is so you can combat the above and instead of seeking out your local takeaway or vending machine you can simply whip your snack out of your bag and sit and eat that instead.
The only issue that you have with bringing a snack of your own instead of going and purchasing goods from vending machines etc is choosing what you can actually use as a snack. Part of this issue is finding something you can take as a snack that wont go ‘funny’ while in storage however another issue is finding a snack to take in the first place and this is a common issue among those wanting to lose weight.
Some snack ideas for you to take with you include fruit, low carb and fat rice snacks and another potential thing is salad.
