Some danc­ing style exam­ples include hiphop and freestyle or if you dont like the idea of either of those there are plenty more danc­ing styles you could choose from, if interested.

If you choose to dance at your own home or with a friend, some ideas include get­ting a music fit­ness pro­gramme such as the once famous on tv now famous in stores ‘zumba’ set which is quite pop­u­lar and gets you mov­ing. Alter­na­tively if you dont want to fork out for these kinds of prod­ucts you can sim­ply change your tele­vi­sion to a music chan­nel of your choice such as maybe mtv or if you dont have sky or vir­gin media you could alter­na­tively watch one of the free music chan­nels on free view television.

The gen­eral idea behind danc­ing to lose weight is that its some­thing you can eas­ily do any­where yet still burn lots and lots of calo­ries but while hav­ing an equal amount of fun in the process.
