Believe it or not but when you are exercising, theres actually quite a lot of difference in how much weight you will lose based on how you breath. The more oxygen you take in the more weight you will burn off. The science of it isnt just down to breathing its when the oxygen in the air you breath in circulates around your body as the more oxygen circulating the easier it will be to burn off those excess calories.
Although it varies from person to person how you breath as some might breath strictly through their noses and some might breath strictly through their mouth or depending on who you are, you might equally breath through both. I personally only really breath through my nose.
When you do try to breath the best method when exercising to take in as much oxygen so it can circulate in your body is to breath through your mouth as this allows you to take in a considerable larger amount of oxygen compared to if you breath through your nose. For optimal breathing, take a large and very deep breath through your mouth and then hold it for a good couple of seconds and then once that is done slowly let the breath out.
If you practice this method of breathing more then when it comes to putting it into practice during exercise and whatnot it should not only be easier to do the exercise but it should also potentially make it easier for you to lose your excess calories.
