how to choose the right exercise
When it comes to choosing the right type of exercise for you it needs to be something you enjoy doing. if your going to exercise then it doesnt make sense to do something you hate, especially if you need to pay membership fees or buy equipment. The reason you shouldnt choose to do something exercise wise if you dont like it is because your going to end up giving up and not wanting to do it over a long period of time. An example is if you like walking but dont like running then your more likely to get up at say seven in the morning for a walk then you would be if you were meant to be getting up for a run. If you do struggle though to find something you like then simply choose whatever you hate the least for example walking or swimming.
Believe it or not but walking is actually a great exercise because it is suitable for everyones fitness level and even if your extremely unfit you can still manage to walk (assuming you have no physical impediments). Note though that you cant expect to walk as much if your unfit then if you were fit.You can however set goals and build both your speed and distance up day by day as you get fitter.
No matter what exercise it is you choose though, you should make sure that you start off at a lower level of intensity and duration and as time goes by you should slowly increase this. If you ignore this and do a high intensity session straight away then you run the possibility of damaging your health which could potentially take time to recover. An example could be if you are extremely unfit then you could go for a walk for roughly ten to fifteen minutes each day and gradually increase it over a set duration such as ten minutes a month. Some things you can do to reduce your boredom include walking various paths or going with someone different.
Although this article is so far somewhat walking heavy, you dont actually need to walk. You could alternatively try swimming or boxing. If either of these arnt something you would want to do then you could consider joining a gym or a club, just make sure they offer a good service. If this still doesnt interest you then you could take up a hobby on your own such as gold or tennis which are also equally physical.
Either way though, any exercise you choose will be a bonus on your health
