Find a celebrity idol
Theres actually a good chance that you wont need to do what this article says providing that you have someone to workout with and have some inspiration already. If you dont have either of those though then you can revert to what most teenage girls would do in a situation they have no support or advice for which is find an appropriate celebrity to idolise and lookup to. You can actually use this quite affectively in weight loss and dieting as there are plenty of celebritys who were infact formerly fat but are now skinny thanks to hardwork.
Most people look at celebrity’s and think nothing of them losing weight as after all they have money and if they want they can easily afford weight loss surgery such as liposuction or even the latest weight loss tablets or other techniques. The reality though in most circumstances is that a majority of the celebrity’s actually get to where they end up (by that I mean they end up skinny) through hard work and commitment to their diet and exercise routine.
As inspiration is key to anyones weight loss goals, you should ideally find a celebrity who you like and then aspire to lose weight like they did. You could perhaps read up on the celebrity, get a poster of them or if they have one you could buy a copy of their autobiography and learn more about them while your relaxing after a workout.
If your confused about what celebrity you should look up to then its not hard, just have a brainstorm of ones that you know and if they have lost weight then you have your self a celebrity to look up to. If not then you could simply use one of the most known and common celebrity’s such as Oprah Winfrey who simply ‘goes back to basics’ and avoids fattening sugary foods. Another example is ricki lake.
So get going with your celebrity idol and lose your self some weight.
