Enjoy some variety

If your diet­ing and exer­cis­ing on a reg­u­lar basis then theres a very good chance your going to get bored. You might not get bored straight away or even for a while, but even­tu­ally your prob­a­bly going to get bored of the same old same old rou­tine of eat­ing the same food day in day out and by also doing the same exer­cise day in day out. To avoid run­ning into these sce­nar­ios then your going to want to have some vari­ety in your life rather then hav­ing a solid rou­tine. Note though that were not rec­om­mend­ing every­day be rou­tine free, only the odd day maybe once a month or at another allo­cated point so you can sim­ply do some­thing different.

It may sound hard to add some vari­ety to your life but its actu­ally not. If you at the moment, lets say go run­ning for ten min­utes a day you could instead try doing weights for a few weeks or maybe even for so many days of the week do weights or another exer­cise that you find inter­est­ing. You could also opt for a hobby that involved fit­ness on a week­end or some­thing to keep you occu­pied and free from rou­tine. Some exam­ples for this include box­ing, karate or another form of mar­tial arts or maybe even bowl­ing if that inter­ests you.
When it comes to food though, it is even eas­ier then find­ing a new exer­cise to do as you can sim­ply go on the inter­net and find your self some new healthy recipes that you can cook. Alter­na­tively you could try buy­ing a cook book and fol­low­ing some recipes for that or if you want to maybe be a lit­tle bit naughty you could go and find your self a take away that is healthy such as noo­dles or a low fat sub­way choice.

Either way though, enjoy some spice in your life.
