Enjoy some variety
If your dieting and exercising on a regular basis then theres a very good chance your going to get bored. You might not get bored straight away or even for a while, but eventually your probably going to get bored of the same old same old routine of eating the same food day in day out and by also doing the same exercise day in day out. To avoid running into these scenarios then your going to want to have some variety in your life rather then having a solid routine. Note though that were not recommending everyday be routine free, only the odd day maybe once a month or at another allocated point so you can simply do something different.
It may sound hard to add some variety to your life but its actually not. If you at the moment, lets say go running for ten minutes a day you could instead try doing weights for a few weeks or maybe even for so many days of the week do weights or another exercise that you find interesting. You could also opt for a hobby that involved fitness on a weekend or something to keep you occupied and free from routine. Some examples for this include boxing, karate or another form of martial arts or maybe even bowling if that interests you.
When it comes to food though, it is even easier then finding a new exercise to do as you can simply go on the internet and find your self some new healthy recipes that you can cook. Alternatively you could try buying a cook book and following some recipes for that or if you want to maybe be a little bit naughty you could go and find your self a take away that is healthy such as noodles or a low fat subway choice.
Either way though, enjoy some spice in your life.
