Another fact that you should look at when eat­ing food and eat­ing it slow is that by chew­ing it more you actu­ally man­age to gain more nutri­ents out of the food and as a result not only do you man­age to feel fuller but  your body also gets the healthy min­er­als that are within the food.

So when eat­ing remem­ber to eat slowly for all around bet­ter results.
