Eat more meals in smaller amounts
Heres a fantastic post that although I personally disagree with, is still helpfull for those who are looking for some solutions to their dieting problems. The article that im talking about is called ‘eat more meals in smaller amounts’ and it is essentially about how eating more meals but in smaller ammounts is actually better then eating three large meals a day.
Those large meals are breakfast, dinner / lunch and tea and although that is three meals it is typically followed by snacking and supper anyway where as the smaller meals would be the usual three but in significantly smaller portions and then inbetween when you feel peckish you can guilt free eat a fourth and fifth small meal making you feel normal and unhungry.
As I mentioned further up in the article towards the begining, if your going to follow the five meals a day rule instead of the standard choice of three meals a day then you need to make sure that its actually healthy. Although eating healthily isnt one hundred percent easy as a lot of it is common knowledge of dont eat grease soaked foods etc you can rest assured that eating five meals a day is easy to do healthily as you can simply eat foods such as a piece of chicken breast, salad, fat free yoghurt and an abundance of other healthy foods.
So if you want to lose weight and you are running out of options for doing so then this method is an easy method to follow as either a primary weight loss technique or as an extra for your current everyday weight loss techniques.
