Heres a fan­tas­tic post that although I per­son­ally dis­agree with, is still help­full for those who are look­ing for some solu­tions to their diet­ing prob­lems. The arti­cle that im talk­ing about is called ‘eat more meals in smaller amounts’ and it is essen­tially about how eat­ing more meals but in smaller ammounts is actu­ally bet­ter then eat­ing three large meals a day.

Those large meals are break­fast, din­ner / lunch and tea and although that is three meals it is typ­i­cally fol­lowed by snack­ing and sup­per any­way where as the smaller meals would be the usual three but in sig­nif­i­cantly smaller por­tions and then inbe­tween when you feel peck­ish you can guilt free eat a fourth and fifth small meal mak­ing you feel nor­mal and unhungry.

 

As I men­tioned fur­ther up in the arti­cle towards the begin­ing, if your going to fol­low the five meals a day rule instead of the stan­dard choice of three meals a day then you need to make sure that its actu­ally healthy. Although eat­ing health­ily isnt one hun­dred per­cent easy as a lot of it is com­mon knowl­edge of dont eat grease soaked foods etc you can rest assured that eat­ing five meals a day is easy to do health­ily as you can sim­ply eat foods such as a piece of chicken breast, salad, fat free yoghurt and an abun­dance of other healthy foods.

 

So if you want to lose weight and you are run­ning out of options for doing so then this method is an easy method to fol­low as either a pri­mary weight loss tech­nique or as an extra for your cur­rent every­day weight loss techniques.
