Drink coffee after a meal
When you eat a meal you should drink coffee afterwards. There is easily hundreds of other things you can do after eating a meal that potentially work and potentially dont work and naturally its hard to sift through them all and find the right one to do. Coffee on the other hand is something simple that anyone can do even if they arnt on a weight loss campaign as you can easily do this as part of your everyday routine.
Most readers are probably wondering what im talking about as coffee typically contains sugar and milk which also contains fats and other things that are overall bad for your weight but not necessarily your health. Dont worry though, we arnt going to demand you drink black coffee as from an off the topic note I personally find it disgusting and Im a huge coffee fan.
The key to this tip is mentioned (or highlighted should I say) in the post title. If your going to drink coffee, make sure that you drink it after a meal and not during or before as it will have the same affect on your body that eating a desert does. If your coffee contains milk and sugar then much like a desert it will spike your blood sugar levels and ultimately convert to fat making you put on weight.
If you do the same as mentioned in our only eat deserts after a proper meal then your coffee will slowly rise your blood sugar and will be less likely to convert to fat. Another thing that needs to be highlighted about coffee is that if you drink your coffee with milk as most people do then milk contains lactose which is actually read by your body as sugar and processed much the same.
If you absolutely must have coffee through the day and before meals then make sure you drink black coffee. After a while you wont notice the difference.
