Choosing to become a healthy eater
If you choose to become a healthy eater then you need to do a number of things such as becoming educated and overall smart about what you actually eat. When I say smart, I mean food smart which comes down to looking at labels and counting what your calories are as lets face it counting the fat content is pointless (to an extent).
Its all about being balanced and having a moderate eating habit with healthy meals throughout the day (three times preferably or more smaller meals). If you do choose to eat healthily then you also want to make sure you eat a variety of foods from a variety of food groups. Eating healthily also requires some leeway as you could possibly eat to much or not enough depending on how you are as a person. You may also from time to time fluctuate the calorie content in your food. Either way though, you should ensure your body has a constant supply of nutritious food or ‘fuel’ as some people might say. Doing so will keep you functioning as normal and alert.
If you become a healthy eater then there a number of things you will probably carry the traits of which are
- Being capable of taking care of your self
- Becoming a good problem solver
- Having a good judgement
- Making wise decisions
- Being aware
If you arnt capable of taking control of your eating then your also unlikely to be able to control the other parts of your life such as your control over alcohol and depending on what your interested in, illicit drugs. Those incapable of controlling this as mentioned are more likely to become addicts or alcoholics. Another thing your most likely to be more prone to is insomnia or at the very least a delayed bed time outside of normal hours.
