Bread is bad

If you speak to any­one about los­ing weight wether its a proffes­sional per­sonal trainer, fit­ness fanatic, every day healthy per­son or even your typ­i­cal over weight cit­i­zen they will all tell you the same thing and that is that bread is bad. The rea­son being for them being able to tell you bread is bad is because its com­mon knowl­edge that bread con­tains a high ammount of fat and an equally high ammount of car­bo­hy­drates which causes you to strug­gle main­tain­ing your weight and ulti­mately caus­ing you to gain weight.

Although when you think about it, bread is a actu­ally a sta­ple to most peo­ple in their diets due to things such as sand­wiches for either tea/dinner/lunch/snack etc or toast for breakfast/supper etc. Its actu­ally hard to imag­ine hav­ing a sand­wich with­out the bread as im sure eat­ing just the meat out of the sand­wich would not be fill­ing at all.

If you research the typ­i­cal car­bo­hy­drate free diet (a diet that avoids foods con­tain­ing car­bo­hy­drates) it avoids your pas­tas and other carb rich foods as well as most com­monly it avoids bread due to its car­bo­hy­drate con­tent and believe it or not the carb free diet actu­ally works and it appar­ently works quite well as well.

Although bread doesnt sound like a big deal and real­isit­i­cally most peo­ple although con­sum­ing it prob­a­bly twice a day actu­ally dont con­sume all that much of it but if you get into the whole bread issue you will find its part respon­si­ble for most peo­ples weight problem/s.

Although you should avoid bread all­to­gether, if you cant avoid bread then you should atleast make it your duty to try and stick to the whole­grain bread. Although whole­grain bread is still bread and nat­u­rally car­ries most of breads bur­dens, its still more healthy and con­tains sig­nif­i­cantly less cal­lo­ries and carbohydrates.

Another plus point about whole­grain bread is that it con­tains high ammounts of fibre which is good for you.
