I can put a good amount of money on it that your weight didnt all of a sudden creep up on you and instead it slowly appeared at maybe one or two pounds a week or even one or two pounds a month. The same thing applies when your looking at losing weight. Realistically if your going to try and lose weight its not going to happen overnight or even over a couple of weeks for that manner. Theres a good chance its going to take months and months of work.
Most likely your going to lose around about five pounds a week (roughly 2 kg) if your dieting and doing some exercise along with your dieting. If you keep that up for a number of months then eventually your weight will drop off you. If you look at ebooks and other videos and people saying you can drop your weight in a number of weeks then im not being nasty but its probably bulled up lies as that is not realistic.
If you are realistic and you plan your diet out with the various methods on this website then you can easily meet your target weight in a good amount of time. You simply need to keep in mind realism and be a realist.
